The Roast Rack eliminates the need to constantly turn chicken, vegetables, and roasts. It prevents searing and allows heat to circulate around the meat, simulating the principle of a conventional oven. With the dome cover on - your COBB can reach an internal temp of 230°C. Place a baking tin on top of the roast rack and easily bake breads, muffins and cakes anywhere your adventures take you.

• Roasting - Place your meat or veggies directly on the roasting rack to roast in an oven like environment.
• Baking - Place a baking tray or cake tin on top of the roast rack for baking things like breads and cakes.
• Designed to fit on top of the Griddle+ accessory (slot into the holes). DO NOT place the roast rack directly onto the COBB without the Griddle+ below.
