FREIGHT & DELIVERY
We aim to ship your order within 1 working day after payment has been received, with the exception of marked special orders.
An email will be sent to you notifying you when the order has been sent and will include the order details and tracking number.
Delivery is usually 2-3 working days nationwide (after payments have cleared) via Aramex, PBT Couriers or NZ Post.
Rural may take longer and is $10.00-$17.00 extra. We do not ship to PO box addresses as these can't be signed for.
While pickup instore is available 7 days a week, If you live in the Nelson/Tasman area or are passing through, please feel free to visit or contact us 021 0634450 to view the full range of stock at 53 Quarantine Road before purchase.
PRICING POLICY
Web site prices are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. All items are subject to availability.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given in accordance with the consumer guarantees act and are subject to the terms and conditions of any manufacturers warranties that apply to the product. Refunds will only be given when the products are returned to us in as-new condition complete with undamaged packaging. Accompanied with an explanation for the return and the packing receipt. Return freight is at the purchasers expense. Faulty or damaged goods can be returned to us for review, simply attach a letter outlining the problem, with your receipt and we will review the product and either replace or repair the product or refund your money in accordance with the manufacturers warranties. Normal wear & tear is not covered by this. The decision to replace or refund on your product rests with Outpost Supplies New Zealand Ltd and it's suppliers. Alternatively you can contact us by email or phone to discuss the issue. Some products offer an unconditional product guarantee or lifetime warranty, these are normally at the discretion of the manufacturer or their representative. Where a refund is to be given on a warranty product, it is by the same method as the original payment was made.
You have 7 days from date of purchase to get a refund (10-20% restocking fee applies). Products must be in the same condition and still have the tags attached.
There is NO fee on exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS
If payment of orders has not been made within 7 days of placing the order we will cancel your order. Completion of the check out process constitutes a sale and Outpost Supplies New Zealand Co Ltd reserves the right to process and dispatch the order. However, where possible Outpost Supplies New Zealand Ltd is happy to cancel orders, that have not been processed.
If your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - In the event that a product is not available or not listed, a product enquiry can be submitted by email. Outpost Supplies New Zealand Ltd is happy to source specific products on request. We will provide product info and pricing by email. Special orders require prepayment and are non-refundable.
ERROR POLICY - A small number of typos and pricing errors in our web site, catalogues, and advertisements are inevitable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible for these errors.
If the correct price is higher, we will never fill the order until we've contacted you and received permission to either fill or void your order. You may request an immediate cancellation of your order instead. If the correct price is less, we will automatically charge you the lower amount and process your order immediately without contacting you.
Pricing differences may occur between our web/catalogue/magazine advertisements. It's impossible to have identical pricing in all venues at all times. This is due to the different publication dates and lead times for the magazines, web banners, and other places where we advertise.
If you do spot a typo or some confusing pricing issue, you can let us know about it by email.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - In addition to being able to call us you can also email us at outpostsupplies@yahoo.co.nz. When you email us, your emails are stored within our system so that we may refer to previous emails from you as needed so that we may properly address your questions and concerns. Except as provided in this privacy policy, the information you provide to our customer service department is not shared with anyone without your consent.
Website Information Errors
We try to make sure there are no mistakes on the Outpost Supplies website but we are only human and data input is boring.
Every effort is made to provide accurate information, stock numbers and prices on all listed and advertised products.
On the odd occasion when there is a mistake in the description or the price it has been listed incorrectly.
If you do find a example of this, please let us know. So we can fix it asap.
