We know that there are some people who still like to write on a physical piece of paper.
Flat batteries and smashed screens are not a problem for a notepad and pencil. That is what the Russians used in space - back in the day!!!! While other countries spent vast sums on developing a pen that could write in zero gravity. 
The Viper Notebook Pouch attaches to your belt and the top has a velcro closure.
It is big enough to contain items up to 15.5cm x 10.5cm
